Absolutely! The Hamilton offers roommate matching services for students at CCP along with hosting roommate matching mixers. For students currently living abroad, it is recommended to have a roommate selected before moving forward with the application process. If you do not have a roommate, we can randomly select a roommate for you or you can lease a single-occupancy apartment (1 bedroom or a studio).

- How close is The Hamilton to public transportation?
The Hamilton is close to a variety of public transportation options. The Spring Garden Broad Street subway line is just a block away. There is a SEPTA bus stop on the corner of Hamilton Street. SEPTA Regional Rail Service at Suburban Station is located at 16th and JFK Boulevard, a few blocks from The Hamilton. The Market- Frankford Line, located at City Hall, is a convenient way to access various areas in Center City, including 30th Street Station. 30th Street Station includes access to all SEPTA Regional Rail Services, Amtrak, New Jersey Transit Atlantic City Rail Line and more.

For our residents’ convenience, the Fitness Center is open all hours of everyday.
- Do you have fitness classes on-site?
Our yoga studio is equipped with over 200 on-demand Wellbeats fitness video classes.
- Do you allow pets in the building?
For an additional monthly fee, the building allows up to 2 pets per apartment. Contact the management office for a full list of breed restrictions and monthly pet fees. A one-time fee would also apply. No visiting pets allowed.
- Where do I pick up my mail and packages?
For easy and convenient postal services, The Hamilton offers the Amazon Hub, which all carriers, including FedEx, UPS and USPS have access to. When a package arrives, an email will be sent to you with an access code. Enter the access code into the Amazon Hub located in the mailroom and the locker containing your parcel will open. Regular mail will be delivered to your private mailbox. Large parcels will be received by our 24-hour concierge and kept in a secure location for pick up.
- Is Wi-Fi available in the Resident Lounge?
The Hamilton offers free Wi-Fi in all of our common areas; including the Resident Lounge, Conference Room, Genius Bar and Fitness Center.
- Does The Hamilton offer parking for residents?
We offer covered garage parking for an additional monthly fee of $250.
- How do I pay rent?
The Hamilton offers multiple ways to pay your monthly rent. For your convenience, online payments can be set up for automatic monthly withdraw. Checks, money orders and cashier's checks are accepted at the management office. Please note that we cannot accept cash. Residents can click here

Our leasing and management office is open seven days a week, except during some holidays. We encourage you to call or email us to schedule a personalized tour. Walk-in tours are always welcome.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are available in the common areas at The Hamilton for a cozy spot to unwind after a long day. Residents can warm up on a chilly day at our outdoor courtyard gas fire pit or snuggle up near one of our indoor gas fireplaces.
- What are the hours for the resident lounge?
The resident lounge is open at all hours of every day unless the area is reserved for a private function. If the amenity is reserved for a private event, we will post signage on the day of the event.
- When and what are quiet hours?
We ask our residents to be conscious of their noise level and courteous to their neighbors during our community quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. daily).
- Does the Hamilton have extra storage space?
In the near future, The Hamilton will have storage units available for a small monthly rental fee. The storage units will be located on-site in the parking garage. Please contact the management office if you are interested in renting one of our convenient storage units.
- What are the “Away from Home” services you offer?
Our away from home services are included in rent and feature cat feeding, watering of plants and the delivery of large parcels. Please contact the management office as we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Coming to Philly from out of the country? Have no fear, we are here to help you with your transition. Future residents can fill out a rental application with help from the Hamilton staff. Please reach out to the office by email or phone with help in completing this process.
- Can an individual lease be signed?
We do not offer individual leases. All occupants of the apartment home will be responsible for signing the same contract. This agreement indicates that the roommates agree to stay in the building for the duration of the lease and pay all rent/fees on time. If you are living with roommates, be sure to review the contract together, so you know what your responsibilities are as a renter. Ask one of our friendly management staff members for clarification if you are unsure. We’re always happy to help.
- What security is in place at The Hamilton?
Our front desk is monitored 24 hours a day. The building is accessible with the use of a key fob that residents are issued at move in.

Verizon Fios and Comcast Xfinity are the service providers for The Hamilton. Information on how to setup up this service is included in the resident approval letter.
- How do I purchase the required renters insurance? (What is renters insurance?)
Renter’s insurance is required for residents of The Hamilton and protects your belongings in case of fire, theft, damage or general liability. Renters insurance must be obtained prior to your lease start date with a $100,000 liability limit. If you need assistance with this process, please let us know. - What utilities are included in the student apartments?
If you have chosen the furnished option, electric, water, sewer, and plumbing are included.
If you have chosen to rent the apartment unfurnished, you will be required to all utilities. Utilities are based on your actual usage.
- What if I am arriving on a different day than my roommates - do we have to pay the
same fee for that month?
The rental amount or fees doesn’t change based on your arrival date. All rental fees are owed at the time of move in.
- How are roommate disputes handled?
Roommates can get assistance from a Bozzuto associate for disputes, but residents are expected to be responsible and respectful of their roommates.
- Who do we contact in case of an emergency?

The Hamilton is a 15-minute car ride via (Taxi, Lyft or Uber) from the airport. Residents may also take public transportation - the SEPTA “Airport Line” to Suburban Station, which is a 30-minute train ride. The address to the Hamilton is 1520 Hamilton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
