Check out these Local Parks for some Safe Socializing

After all of the indoor time you’ve likely spent in your The Hamilton apartment in the last few months, you probably need a good outdoor adventure! With so many of our favorite outdoor spots closed down, however, it can be a little tough finding a place to get some fresh air and stretch your legs. Fortunately, Philadelphia is not lacking when it comes to green space! Even right in the heart of Center City, the area is brimming with parks, squares and other lush spots where you can take a walk, sit on a bench with a book or do some people watching. Here are a few of the best ones:

Matthias Baldwin Park: Grab your shades and your mask and head out for a picturesque stroll through this architectural marvel, three blocks from your The Hamilton apartment. With winding pathways, statues, expertly designed floral displays and towering trees, you’ll quickly feel transported away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Sister Cities Park: Located in the shadow of the city’s skyscrapers, this is the quintessential city park, brimming with artwork, a kids’ splash park (that adults are welcomed to join!) and plenty of benches where you can kick back on a hot summer day. And it’s all just one mile from your The Hamilton apartment.

Love Park: This is one of the city’s most famous parks—for good reason! The recently redesigned space is home to the iconic Love statue and, without all the usual tourists, you’ll be able to appreciate not just the statue but everything else the park offers—winding paths, spectacular views of the city, a towering fountain and plenty of greenery. Put on your walking shoes and stroll the half-mile from your The Hamilton apartment to see the city in a whole new light!
