A Day in the Life at The Hamilton

Let’s face it: Moving can be a hassle. It took you forever to find the perfect apartment in Philly, but once you looked at The Hamilton, everything fell into place. You signed your lease, packed your boxes, and set off to start your new life in your dream apartment. Welcome home!

Now that you’ve settled in and found your groove, it’s time to start living the good life. Here’s a little glimpse into a day in the life at The Hamilton.

Good morning, sunshine

You wake up from a solid night’s rest in your cozy bed, step onto your carpeted bedroom floor, and that’s when you see it: Through your floor-to-ceiling windows, you see the sun shining down on your beautiful Logan Square neighborhood—your new home. It’s a view that never gets old.

You throw on your more comfortable sweats and shuffle down to the lobby for a quick cup of coffee. Hopefully you get to run into one of your furry neighbors—just one of the perks of living in a pet-friendly apartment building.

Chores done right

Back in your apartment, it’s time for breakfast. With brand-new stainless steel kitchen appliances and Grohe© fixtures, it’s never been easier to whip up a tasty meal. But before you sit down to eat, it’s time to throw a load of laundry into your GE© washing machine. With a washer and dryer inside your apartment, laundry day has never been easier.

Enjoying your eggs knowing that your chores are already underway? Now that’s simply efficient living!

The grind doesn’t stop

Once you’ve enjoyed your breakfast, it’s time to make use of your downstairs fitness center. Snag your yoga mat for a quick warm up to get your blood pumping. Don’t worry—when it’s time to kick things up a notch, there are plenty of bikes and treadmills so you can check cardio off your list. Of course, you can flex those muscles and get your reps in too.

Staying fit has never been so easy. It’s hard to make excuses when your gym is just a few floors away!

Easy-peasy errands

Who has biked over to the Art Museum to check out these new sculptures? Ten of them stand at the top of the steps and are appropriately named, STAND. Indego will get you there and back! 🚲 . . . #rideindego #bikephl #whyilovephilly

After a good sweat and a relaxing shower, it’s time to head out for some errands. If you plan to drive, your car is easily accessible in The Hamilton’s underground parking garage. If you decide to take the subway instead, the Broad Street Line’s Spring Garden stop is right around the corner. There are also two nearby Indego bike share stations on Spring Garden at both 17th and 15th streets if you feel like a little more exercise. Picking up everything you need from Target or Whole Foods is a breeze with options this convenient!

Hit the Books

After you unpack your groceries and hang your new fashion finds, it’s time do check a few things off your to-do list—you know you have to get some work done today.

Our first-floor common area has plenty of workspace and tons of peace and quiet. It’s easy to spread out your books, plug in your laptop, and get to work. Before you know it, your work will be done and you will have sparked up a conversation with a potential new study buddy. There’s never a dull moment at The Hamilton!

Movie Night

After a productive day, it’s time to hit up your group chat to invite some friends over. When you meet them at the front desk they’re blown away (and totally jealous) of your new place. You guys play a few games of pool and shuffleboard in the lounge before ordering a pizza and heading to the movie room to pick out what you want to watch. The best part of it all? The front-desk concierge makes sure your pizza gets to you safe and sound!

When your friends call an Uber to head home, you’re struck by how glad you are that you don’t have to go anywhere. You crawl into bed, turn off the lights, and get some much-needed rest. When you wake up tomorrow, you’ll have a whole new day ahead of you.

We invite you to experience a slice of life at The Hamilton for yourself by booking a tour today. See you soon!
